Icing Sugar is obtained by continuous grinding of sugar crystals. The range of icing sugar is particularly adapted to any use requiring a finely milled and high purity sugar.

Application

Icing Sugar Pure

Very fine powder, impalpable (100% sucrose)

Used for granulation, coating and in sachets. Easily compressible and dissolves quickly in water than regular sugar.
Icing Sugar with Starch Very fine powder, impalpable (with maize starch added as an anti-caking agent)
