Magnesium oxide is a free flowing white powder, insoluble in alcohol and almost insoluble in water. It is a source of magnesium and formed by an ionic bond between one magnesium and one oxygen atom. DSP’s magnesium oxides are manufactured by an unique process which ensures freedom from the impurities generated by the commonly used precipitation processes grades. Their product is thus of exceptionally high purity and characterized by particularly low levels of impurities such as lead and other minerals. They are available in a variety of grades to meet the requirements of the formulator.
