Lactochem® is a white, crystalline, alpha monohydrate lactose
powder. The water of crystallization is tightly bound and shows
no chemical activity while bound. Mositure absorption is extremely
low, even at high relative humidity. Lactocchem is available
in milled and sieved forms.
